Understanding and applying the National School Improvement Tool one-day program

This one-day program is designed for school business managers and regional finance teams. The program will help participants develop an understanding of the school review process and the nine domains of the National School Improvement Tool, with a particular focus on domain four – targeted use of school resources. 

The program will explore the business managers’ role in supporting a school’s improvement journey. Following this program, participants will also have the opportunity to extend their learning by shadowing a school review.
