Business Manager Study Grants (Diploma)

The Business Manager (BM) Study Grants program is open to to all current and aspiring business managers and corporate staff. 

The study grant provides financial support to help employees complete the following qualifications:

• Diploma of Business and/or
• Diploma of Leadership and Management 

Applicants can choose to complete both qualifications and receive a dual diploma. However, the second qualification will need to be funded by the participant or their school. 

The study grant gives employees with the opportunity to:

• elevate their leadership and management capability and empower them with enhanced skills and career pathways
• build connections, foster collaborative relationships, and create valuable networks across the department
• contribute to the overall growth and development of leadership capabilities, building capacity and driving success in our schools.

The program is delivered across 12 months and consists of three face-to-face workshops, each lasting 2-3 days. Attending these workshops is a critical component of this program and essential to participant success.
