If a registered, financial delegate cannot attend, a substitute is welcome at no extra cost, provided advice of the change is notified no later than 3 days prior to the event. Alternatively a full registration refund less a $200 service fee will be made for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days prior to the event. No registration refunds can be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the event.

We are pleased to advise that the Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is offering the following special rate for HotelsWorld 2017 delegates:

Classic Room - $315 per room per night, including breakfast for 1 person. This rate is offered for nights of Tuesday 25th July to Thursday 27th July (inclusive) for bookings made no later than 14 days from arrival and subject to availability at time of booking.
