Booking
For this year’s conference exhibition stands can only be booked, on a first come, first served basis, through this booking system. Please note this a real time system so the website will show all available stands at any one time.  We recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred stand. 

Registration

After selecting your exhibition stand, you will be asked to register your two complimentary exhibitor registrations (please note, these registrations do not include dinner tickets or conference access, however these can be booked separately and will be available soon).

You are welcome to purchase additional exhibitor passes for $345 per person.

Floor Plan (The exhibition floor plan can be downloaded below)
Once guests register at the welcome desk, they will walk immediately through the exhibition stands in the Pavilion. They will then enter the exhibition area, in the concourse, through stands 32 and 33. Please note the coffee carts are placed between booth 18 & 19 and 22 & 23 on the plan.

The display plan may change slightly depending on the final number of exhibitors. Any changes will be discussed with you if your chosen stand is affected.
