Welcome to the QuarryNZ Exhibition Booking System - Please read the instructions on this page carefully before proceeding

Booking
All exhibition stands are booked on a first come, first served basis, through this booking system. Please note this a real time system so the website will show all available stands at any one time.  We recommend booking early to guarantee your preferred stand. 

Registration
After selecting your exhibition stand, you will be asked to register your two complimentary exhibitor registrations. You will also be prompted as to whether you wish to buy tickets to the Wednesday Terra Cat Welcome Dinner or the Friday TDX Ltd Awards dinner during the process.

You are welcome to purchase additional exhibitor passes for $380 per person.

The Exhibit floor plan is below and consists of indoor and outdoor exhibit spaces.   Indoor exhibit spaces are booked via the booking system below. Entry and exit for delegates to the exhibit space are marked on the map and are between booths 1 and 46.

Outdoor Exhibit spaces can be booked via the booking system below - these are noted as O1, O2 etc in the drop down box and are $2000 plus GST when booked with an inside booth.

Please note: The layout plans may change slightly depending on the final number of exhibitors. Any changes will be discussed with you if your chosen stand is affected.

Standard Booth 3m x 1.8m

The standard exhibition booths are 3m wide and 1.8m deep.

Included in the stands are;

Walls: 2.3m high black, velcro receptive walls

Signage: Company sign - internal facing ID Fins with company name and stand number (max 20 characters)

Lighting: 2 x 150watt directional spotlight

Power: 1 x 4 amp outlet

Name tags for two (2) representatives (entry into trade exhibition area only)

Daily catering for two (2) representatives (when delegates are onsite)

Company name listed on the conference website with a link to companies website

Company listing in the Conference App including a 70 word profile

1 Stand - $3,300 plus GST

Weight Limits:
Exhibition Centre 31 kN 15 kPa - Point load 3.1 tonnes (per m2, e.g. a wheel), Distributed load 1.5 tonnes/m2 of the foot print (truck with wheel base of 6m x 2m wide – 1.5 x 6 x 2 = 18 tonnes). 
Ground Floor Foyers 18 kN 5 kPa - Point load 1.8 tonnes (per m2, e.g. a wheel),  Distributed load .5 tonnes/m2 - access to exhibition centre is via ground floor foyer.

Please note forklifts cannot be used in the Arena, contact Melissa for other arrangements.

Outside Energy Events Centre - approx 10m x 10m spaces

Please note: area is not suitable for tracked machines, these would be required to use a rubber mat or boards to move into position. 

This space must be booked with an inside booth.
