SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:

Social activities are included in the full and student conference fee, but NOT included in the one day conference registration. You can register separately for them. This option is also offered to guests of delegates.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTIONS CHALLENGE DAY?

The Solutions Challenge day taking place on Tuesday, September 10th, will convene interdisciplinary thought leaders to share and design new ideas, approaches, and strategies leading to coordinated action around the globe.

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to the conference secretariat at the email or postal addresses set out below. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

  • Notification in writing/email by June 1, 2019: full refund
  • Notification in writing/email by June 15, 2019: 50% refund
  • Notification in writing/email after June 15, 2019: no refund
  • VISA non-acceptance before June 15, 2019: full refund
  • VISA non-acceptance after June 15, 2019: no refund*

* Due to political disturbances in Sudan, refunds will be provided to delegates from Sudan who receive VISA non-acceptance until 31st July 2019. 

A $90 administration fee plus bank commission will be deducted from all refunds.

Accomodation

Payments must be received within 7 days of booking, if not received your booking may be cancelled. Any rooms cancelled within 30 days prior to the start of the conference will be subject to 100% of the total accomodation rate. No refunds will be issued within 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
