The below registration costs are in AUD and include taxes, credit card transactions will incur an additional 1.75% fee.

HIGH, MIDDLE AND LOW INCOME:

Conference fees are adjusted for country income, as set by the World Bank. You can view the list here.

If your country is in the first two columns, please select Low Income. If your country is in the last two columns, please select Middle Income. If your country is not on the list, please select High Income.

Exception: Syria will be considered as Low Income instead of Middle Income because the country is currently at war. 

REFUND POLICY

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing to the conference secretariat at the email or postal addresses set out below. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.

  • Notification in writing/email by May 1, 2019: full refund
  • Notification in writing/email by May 15, 2019: 50% refund
  • Notification in writing/email after May 15, 2019: no refund
  • VISA non-acceptance before May 15, 2019: full refund
  • VISA non-acceptance after May 15, 2019: no refund

A $90 administration fee plus bank commission will be deducted from all refunds.

Accomodation

Payments must be received within 7 days of booking, if not received your booking may be cancelled. Any rooms cancelled within 30 days prior to the start of the conference will be subject to 100% of the total accomodation rate. No refunds will be issued within 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
