Melanie Woods, Founder of Speaking Styles

Melanie helps people to become Pro Communicators to Empower, Inspire, Change in their own life’s and in the lives of others through, Public Speaking, Storytelling and Soft Skills Training.

Melanie founded Speaking Styles an organisation passionate about helping individuals and teams. Melanie works with individuals and teams to develop business and interpersonal communication skills Nationally and Internationally.

Melanie works with small businesses and organisations to build successful teams through soft skills training. As the future of the workplace will rely on Soft skills.
Melanie has developed her business and interpersonal skills working in a wide spectrum of organisations, Not for Profit, Private, Government Small Businesses and Blue-Chip Companies, both Locally and Nationally 

Kylie Ufer, Founder of ProfitAbility Virtual Assistance

With over two decades of experience in owning, operating and managing Small Businesses. It was Kylie’s real-life experience with operating Small Businesses and the challenges faced by many Small Business Owners that fuelled Kylie’s desire in 2015 to start a business that supported these entrepreneurs through one of the most exciting, challenging and rewarding career pathways on the planet.

Having a Diploma of Business, a Diploma of Accounting as well as being a Registered BAS Agent
and qualified Trainer and Assessor, meant that Kylie and her team of Virtual Assistants could offer
Small Business Owners a wide variety of support and guidance with their bookkeeping, social media
management, website designs, administrative services and so much more. 

Ryan Rostron, Associate Director Business Advisory, Bentleys

Ryan first joined the Bentleys team in 2007 and is now an Associate Director in the Business Services division. He has a Bachelor of International Business and Commerce and has also completed his Chartered Accountant certification.

Having grown up on a Central Queensland cattle property, Ryan knows first-hand the challenges and opportunities that businesses face in this sector – and this insight underpins the expertise that he brings to his clients.

Ryan works closely with many of the firm’s rural and regional clients operating in primary production industries such as beef, grain and horticulture. A number of his clients are food innovators in their respective market space, and he has been privileged to work alongside them on their growth journey. Ryan also deals directly with other business such as retailers, hoteliers, various trades (electrical, building, and mechanical) and professional services (lawyers, doctors, and real estate).

Ryan regularly presents to small business owners in regional areas and has delivered workshops on strategy and growth, building financial sustainability, undertaking risk reviews of business structures, managing cash flow, succession and estate planning.

Stewart Ebbott, Senior Associate Benleys

Stewart is a corporate lawyer with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, corporate governance, company secretarial, general corporate and commercial matters.

He has acted for both public and private companies on various transactions. Stewart works closely with officers and in-house legal counsel in relation to corporate governance and corporate transactions, and has been involved in all aspects of the deal process including conducting and managing due diligence processes, negotiating transaction documents, deal execution and post-completion matters.

He has advised clients on corporate governance and cross border transactions from industry sectors including agriculture, mining and resources, health and professional services.
