Details on the Philippines Strategy Tour:

A complete Delegates Manual will be provided on booking, providing all the information you need to know before and during the trip, including travel tips.

You will be touring with directors and CEOs of small, medium and larger businesses. The information and experiences apply to all business sizes.

There is a maximum of six people per tour group. This is deliberately limited in order to maximise your experience and ensure that there is plenty of time to discuss your specific business.

  • From 9am on the first day we present a framework to help you record your learning and assess the providers you visit.
    We also give you fresh content to add to the Australian Masterclass content, getting into detail on why businesses succeed or fail with their offshore team, and EXACTLY how to make it work.
  • Visit Manila and 1-2 other cities to understand what skills are available to your business, and what it’s like to do business there.


  • Review the different staffing models available to your business – there is an entire spectrum from “fully-managed hourly rate services” right through to having your own independent office, and several options in between. Get a solid understanding of why different businesses should chose different models and see them in action.


  • Visit our tested and trusted providers; see their facilities and meet the owners. Easy Offshore goes to a great deal of effort to filter through the many hundreds of offshore providers all vying for your business. We have a short list of tested providers who are able to consistently meet the rigorous demands of Australian businesses. You will visit specialist providers in such areas as accounting, marketing and IT, and several top quality generalist providers who recruit and provide full time staff for all industries, and provide shared office space.
  • You'll also get an overview of how to set up your own independent office and incorporate, and in what situations you might want to do that.
  • Visit the teams of other Australian businesses and hear some of their experiences.  Speak with some locals to understand what its like for them to work for a business like yours.

New Consulting Content for 2015 - Maximise Your Learning:

  • The most important thing to us is that you understand your offshore strategy before you finish the tour.
    However, there is a LOT packed into the 3.5 days, and it's easy to forget what you saw on day 1 by the time day 3 arrives.
  • We now provide a method for you to summarise your learnings, rank the providers according to your needs, and clarify your strategy.
    During the tour, we pause regularly and help you assess what you have seen, and record those results.
  • We also provide a post-tour follow up call to discuss your progress and assist with any further advice.

You may wish to allow one extra day at the end of the trip to do follow up meetings with your preferred providers.

All trip logistics are organised for you, and you will be comfortable during your trip, staying in 4/5 star hotels. All main meals and alcohol at meals is covered by the price below.

The cost of flights is NOT included in the price below, since different people come from different locations. However, we will advise on how to book, and several flight options. It is important that we all stay at the same venue for the duration of the business tour, as the schedule is tight in order to pack in as much learning as possible.

Our goal is to make sure you come away from this trip with a solid understanding of your future offshoring strategy, and what your industry is already doing.

Our fee includes organising your trip, Organising transport, all meals and drinks, establishing connections with providers, and leveraging our extensive knowledge.

Book and pay now, if needed you can change to a future tour, for a $300 change fee.   Bookings can only be confirmed by full payment - WE CANNOT RESERVE SPACES.

Transport / Flights

Flights: Approx $700 return on budget carrier Scoot & Cebu Pacific (Out of Gold Coast, Melbourne & Sydney), or Approx $1000 on QANTAS Economy. Other carriers are available.

All food, drinks, alcohol and transport costs during the tour times are covered within our fee.

Total cost of the entire trip including flights is typically less than $4870.

Travel Dates:

Leaving Australia Saturday October 17th 2015

Tour activities occurring from 9am Sunday 18th October - 1pm Wednesday 21st October, 2015

Fly back to Australia Wednesday (Afternoon/Evening), September 21st, 2015.
Fly out of Clark airport (CRK) from 2pm or out of Manila (MNL) from 4pm.
Flying out of Clark saves 3 hours of driving back to Manila airport.


Accommodation at a five star hotel will be booked for you for four nights, upon receipt of payment for the tour. Accommodation for four nights is included in the price.

Transport / Transfers

You will be met at the airport and transported to the hotel.

For the getting back to the airport at the end of the tour, just advise us of your plans and flight times, and we will organise a private transfer for you.
