The Apprentice Employment Network is Queensland's largest employer network of apprentices and trainees. The network comprises over 6000 apprentices and trainees employed or managed by group training organisations (GTOs) across Queensland.

The Network plays a significant role within Queensland, employing around 500 skilled staff and providing services to over 10,000 business in various industries.

This uniquely Australian initiative reaches every corner of the country and operates at the grass roots level in communities throughout Queensland linking students, school leavers, apprentices and trainees to enterprises and training organisations.

The Network extends across diverse markets and plays a pivotal role in creating opportunities for apprentices and trainees with small to medium businesses, many of which would be unlikely to engage in the training system without an intermediary such as the Apprentice Employment Network.

OSMAC specialises in various trades including Automotive, Construction, Electrical, Engineering, Plumbing, Warehousing, and Business Admin.

OSMAC takes the hassle out of employing an apprentice or trainee, right from the recruitment process, completing all government paperwork, organising college training, conducting on the job assessments, mentoring to improve performance and eventually successful completion.

OSMAC Group Training commenced operations in April 2013 to give the host employer and apprentice a fair go. We understand industry needs and are committed to keep the cost of hiring an apprentice or trainee the most competitive on the market so a lot more young people get the opportunity of an apprenticeship or traineeship in their chosen field.

By May 2017, OSMAC proved to be the fastest growing GTO in Australia and had completed 50 apprentices with another 260 apprentices employed in their chosen trade.
