This is practical social media 101 training to provide you with the skills to manage your business's Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

Learn how to manage Page and account settings, as well as post, share, schedule across Facebook and Instagram. You'll also learn how to create and optimise events posts, post video, Facebook and Instagram stories, and conduct Facebook Live. You'll learn fundamental social media marketing strategy and how to put it into practice.

The training is delivered via interactive webinar over 3 weeks, one-hour per week with an implementation task to complete each week.

Beth is an experienced facilitator and educator with a capability to align theory with practical useable outcomes. Beth has held executive roles in communications and marketing in the commercial, not for profit, and government sectors. Prior to working as a consultant and educator Beth worked for renown international not for profit agencies, an ASX listed company and high profile government organisations.

Beth lectures in Digital Marketing and Applied Social Media in the Bachelor of Business program at APM Institute. She holds a BA Communications from the University of Western Sydney, a Masters Degree in Digital Communications and Culture from the University of Sydney, a Cert IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and most recently was awarded the Inbound Marketer Certification from Hubspot in Boston.
