Health Care in Secure Settings 2019
The Health Care in Secure Settings conference is back in 2019, bringing together an international program of speakers and presentations from the niche field of health care in custodial and forensic mental health settings.
This second annual conference will run from 23-24 May 2019, and is designed for and by health professionals working in these highly specialised environments.
Over two days, delegates will learn and collaborate on key issues, innovations, reforms, and best practice care in these complex and challenging settings.
The conference is hosted by Justice Health and Forensic Mental Health Network – the largest provider of health care to inmates in Australia and operator of the high-secure Forensic Hospital in Malabar, Sydney.
National ABC medical reporter, Sophie Scott, will facilitate this program, taking place in room C4.5 at the Sydney International Convention Centre.
Registrations to this event will close at 6pm on Monday 20 May.
