The Contemporary Learning Hub is excited to be able to offer Middle and Upper Primary Educators the opportunity to join us on the Sunshine Coast for our new Holey Moley Maths in the Middle Workshop. This workshop aims to provide educators with an opportunity to explore innovative and high-impact teaching strategies that can be used to engage, support and challenge learners in Middle and Upper Primary learning contexts. Throughout the day, participants will have the opportunity to examine and reflect on these strategies as they examine and engage with games, activities and digital technologies that can be used in the teaching and learning of mathematics.

Events are subject to the COVID-19 operating guidelines for Queensland State Schools.

Cancellation Policy

If the event does not proceed on the set date due to Covid restrictions, it will be offered on a future date based on the availability of our presenter.  If a registered participant is unable to attend, schools are able to send another staff member in the place from their school or cluster. Please advise us if there is a change. Cancellations for this event will incur a 50% cancellation fee if within two weeks of the workshop.  Cancellations need to be made via our Hub Logistics Officer Bronwen Stewart on 5490 2755.

We encourage any participant or school booking accommodation or travel to this event to ensure they check the cancellation policies of the providers.   In the event of lockdown or additional Covid restrictions coming into place, this event may be postponed, cancelled or offered as an opt-in online program.
