The Dinner is a sponsored Mystery Event.  Delegates wishing to attend will be required to purchase a coach transfer ticket to secure their place at the Mystery Dinner.

Tickets are now available for purchase for your non delegate partner to join the Mystery Dinner.

Accompanying Persons

Standard Ticket includes: Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Closing Reception.  Does not include admittance to ANY sessions, lunches or coffee/tea breaks or the Mystery Dinner.

COVID-19 related cancellation policy
You may convert your In-Person Registration to a Virtual Registration any time up to 1 month prior to the commencement of the congress and the difference in cost will be refunded.

If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committees, the Congress is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred. The organisers reserve the right to cancel the in-person registration based on best information available at that time. If the in-person Congress is cancelled by the organisers, your registration will be converted to virtual registration and the difference in cost refunded.

General cancellation policy

All cancellations and alterations to registrations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat – Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome. Cancellations due to failure of visa application will not be refunded.
Cancellations and “no shows” that have not paid will be liable to pay the full registration fee and any incidentals including accommodation. All approved refunds will be processed after the Conference.

Cancellation Refund
Before Monday 2 August 2021 Full refund less a $75 administration fee
Between Tuesday 3 August 2021 and before Friday 20 August 2021 50% refund of the registration fee and incur any changes for cancellation of accommodation etc.
After Friday 20 August 2021 The Conference committee will consider cancellations of registration only under exceptional circumstances.
