Program description

This leadership program is designed to support principals and school leadership teams having a school review in 2021/2022. It aims to support schools with their improvement agenda, to develop a precise plan of action, and to build shared ownership and collective impact to improve student outcomes.
• Multi-modal program, with a combination of workshops, theory and practice.
• Focused on implementation of the school’s action plan following a priority support review or their annual implementation plan.
• Opportunity for principals and school leadership teams to collaborate with peers in developing their network.
