REPORT CARD SUBMISSIONS

ABSTRACT REQUIREMENTS (SUB-THEME 1, COUNTRY REPORT CARDS)
Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 300 words in length (excluding authors). Abstracts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file and ideally, each abstract should contain information under the headings listed below however we appreciate that this may not be appropriate for all work:

1. Report Card Title and authors
2. Brief Introduction
3. Methods
4. Results including Table of Grades
5. Conclusions / recommendations

Abstracts should be written in English and not exceed 300 words in length. Abstracts must be submitted as a Microsoft Word file and ideally, each abstract should contain information under the headings listed below however we appreciate that this may not be appropriate for all work:

1. Sub-Theme
2. Title (to indicate the scope of your work)
3. Key words
4. Purpose
5. Methods
6. Results
7. Conclusion

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
•  Abstracts can only be accepted if received online in the requested format of a Microsoft Word file
•  Abstracts submission deadline is June 30, 2018 and Country Report Card submissions deadline is 23 November 2018
•  Please submit as early as possible prior to the deadline (in case you experience technical problems)
•  Please select the sub-theme most relevant to your abstract and do not submit the same abstract under different sub-themes
•  Abstract selection will consider relevance to the Event’s main theme and selected sub-theme
•  The event administrators will endeavour to notify authors of the selection committee’s decision prior to June 30, 2018. However, all successful abstracts will qualify for early bird
   delegate registration irrespective of the date of notification of abstract selection outcome
•  After submission, emails concerning the abstract will be sent to the principal author of the abstract. Please ensure that emails from the event administrators are not considered as
   spam by your email provider
•  At least one author of each successful abstract must register for the event
•  All authors of successful abstracts will qualify for early bird delegate registration fees
•  Please do not include references or diagrams
•  All funding sources should be acknowledged at the end of the abstract and included in the word count. Should this information be extensive you will be able to send it separately after
   the submission deadline if necessary
