Payment, cancellation and privacy policies


Payments

All prices are GST inclusive. Payments made via credit card and PayPal will incur a merchant fee.

Payments made via credit card and PayPal require immediate payment and payments made via direct debit are due within the terms stated on your invoice. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for payment made by credit card.

Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as payment to 'ivy Events' and PayPal transactions will appear on your statement as payment to 'This is Creative'. You will automatically receive a payment receipt upon successful registration completion. 


Ticket amendments and cancellations

All cancellations and ticket amendment requests must be sent in writing to the seminar organiser, This is Creative, via email seminars@thisiscreative.com.au.

Cancellations received up to 10 days prior to the seminar you have registered for will receive a full refund, less a $55.00 administration fee.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made 9 days or less before the seminar you have registered for. Your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.


Privacy

On behalf of the ABCB, This is Creative will obtain and record personal information necessary for your attendance at the NCC Seminars. Your personal information is obtained, recorded and used in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles and will never be shared with a third party.
