NZ Food Awards Entry Process 

You are just a few steps away from entering the New Zealand Food Awards! The following details some important instructions for a successful entry.

  • Please complete a separate form for each entry.
  • You cannot enter multiple entries into the same form.
  • One entry is equal to one product flavour/size/ingredient or service. 
  • To enter multiple flavours for the same product, please complete and pay for per multiple entries.

Step 1: Ensure you formulate the answers for your entry form BEFORE you start the process.
Click here to download the questions in Word format so you can formulate your answers then copy in to the online form.

The online form will only remain idle for 24 hours, and you cannot save and come back to it. Entries that are not completed within 24 hours of starting will be lost and you will need to start again.

Step 2: Go to entry form page
To begin the entry process, click the gold ENTER NOW box, then enter your name and email in the relevant fields and select 1 under quantity.

! PLEASE NOTE

To enter another product/flavour/size/ingredient or service, please return to the initial registration page. Please note, due to program restrictions, you will need a new username for each entry - we suggest using the name of the product of that entry. 

For example:

ENTRY 1 First Name: _entrant's name_ Last Name: _entrant's last name_

ENTRY 2: First Name: _product's name_ Last Name: _product's name_

Step 3: First Stage questions

The first page of the entry form contains questions relating to the company and product, including product development.

Step 4: Select categories
Once you have completed the First Stage questions, select which categories you would like to enter. You can enter the same product into multiple categories if eligible, but you will be charged an entry fee for each category.

Step 5: Payment
Once you submit your entry, you will be taken to the Billing/Payment page. You can pay by credit card, or request an invoice for direct deposit or payment by cheque.

If the invoice needs to be addressed to a different company name, please enter the company name in the first field for the Billing Address, followed by the rest of the address details.

Step 6: Entry pack
Your entry is complete. You will be sent your entry pack within 14 - 21 days.

To enter the Special Awards
To enter a special award, simply tick the applicable category you wish to enter. To complete the process, you will receive in your entry pack a form to answer relevant questions of the special award you have entered. You will be asked to return the completed form in a timely manner - prior to 15 July 2016.
