REGISTRATION INFORMATION PLEASE READ BEFORE BEGINNING YOUR REGISTRATION
 

Early bird rates close August 31, 2023.

 

Registration is compulsory for all delegates and exhibitors to attend the NZWCS Conference.

You must register before you can log back in, the login is not the same as your NZWCS website username and password 

Please check and select your category carefully, enter your name, then email and continue. 


There are no group registrations allowed, each delegate needs to register or be registered separately. If you require one invoice please contact the conference organiser.

Full registration includes access to all conference sessions, day catering, entry to the industry networking session, a ticket to the Gala Dinner.

Industry symposia registration is direct with the hosting companies, it is not through this page.

DO NOT hit apply next to the VIP code box unless you have been sent a VIP code from the organisers. 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  1. Online banking - on the payment page please request an invoice and you will be emailed one, you can then forward to whomever is paying. Please ensure you pay the Conference account (as shown on your invoice) and not the NZWCS membership account.
     
  2. Debit or Credit Card, PayPal transfer
    - via PayPal with a credit card YOU DO NOT need a PayPal account look for the debit/credit card link, payment is immediate. (additional fees are charged).
    - via STRIPE - payment can take up to 7 days before it will show as paid.
     
  3. Each delegate is sent an invoice, we will not generate one invoice to cover multiple invoices, however you may pay in one payment. Please send the organisers an email via the CONTACT form including the names of the delegates the payment is for. 
     

IF YOU ARE EMPLOYED BY TE WHATU ORA PLEASE READ

To align with the national Te Whatu Ora procurement processes, from 2 August 2023 DELEGATES will be required to:

  1. Get an approved purchase order before you register.
  2. Add the purchase order number during the registration process it will be show on your invoice.
  3. DELEGATES must send the invoices to their own finance departments. 

 

 

PLEASE NOTE
Online banking payments are not automatic debits. When you do pay some payments may take 7 days to reconcile in our system (even though your account may have been debited), your registration will remain unpaid until all monies are received into the conference account.

All fees must be paid prior to you arriving in Ōtepoti Dunedin. Each delegate is responsible for ensuring they have paid in full, regardless of who is paying your fees, please forward all invoices to you finance department if you are not paying. 

Fees are due 7 days from the invoice date. All Early Bird fees MUST BE paid by AUGUST 31, 2023 or a standard fee will be applied to your registration.

Any bank fee charges are to be paid by the delegate.
