Innovation Forum - People Are Your Brand - 8:30am - 10:30am
Your brand value is only as good as your people. The small to medium size businesses who thrive in the market convey authentic stories delivered by ambassadors – employees and consumers - who are clear of what you stand for both internally and externally.
The question is how you identify your businesses brand value and align a positive internal culture to deliver this brand promise at the front line.
This seminar focuses on identifying your culture, brand values and how to equip yourself with the influencing factors to develop your businesses brand equity.
