She has experience in business strategy, organisational development, human resource management, training and education, industry research and policy development. She has recently set up a management consulting practice aiming to assist organisations thrive and take advantage of opportunities provided by an evolving world.

What do world class Industry Engagement models have in common? They incorporate design thinking, strategic management and a whole of business approach.

Join Julie-Anne Sheppard for this engaging session to learn how to assess the maturity level of your industry engagement and how to move your industry engagement strategy to the next level with desirable, viable and feasible solutions.

Participants will learn how to use design thinking, along with relevant tools and action steps to create their own meaningful industry engagement plan.

Learning Outcomes:

An understanding of the steps required for an organisation to be at a ‘world class’ industry engagement maturity level
Knowledge of design thinking tools and their application in industry engagement.

Audience

These sessions are suited for all VET teachers, trainers and educators, frontline managers and senior managers.
