Closing the Loop 2021
"Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare." - Japanese Proverb
Closing the Loop 2019 maintained the event’s solid reputation in both quality and attendance. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive about the event and its format. SISA always takes feedback on board and is using it to make the 2021 event even better. After the cancellation of the 2020 event due to the pandemic, we fully expect Closing the Loop 2021 to once again meet or exceed the expectations of attendees and provide excellent value for money.
Our audience base continues to diversify, and now includes a widening range of employers and service providers from outside the self-insured community. Feedback shows that we have maintained the reputation of the event for quality, interactivity and thought-provoking content.
Closing the Loop 2021 will continue our strong record of exposing attendees to leading-edge subjects from that challenging interface between work health and safety and return to work and the promotion of new knowledge and skills. We will also continue to review the developing shape of the Return to Work Act 2014 through emerging case law.
In 2021 we will also be looking at more of the emerging and as yet poorly understood risks in the world of mental health and wellness and women in the workplace.
Closing the Loop 2021 will again be a thought-provoking mix of risk and reward, drawing on examples from a range of subject areas. It will appeal to those who manage people and workplaces as well as WHS and RTW practitioners.
