Stage Queensland Cancellation and Refund Policy:
In the event you are unable to attend this event a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. However, should you wish to cancel, the following terms apply:
- Cancellations received in writing up to 2 weeks prior to the beginning of the event receive a refund less an administration fee of $55.00 + GST per delegate
- Cancellations received in writing less than 2 weeks and up to 1 week prior to the event Incur a 50% fee of the total cost of registration per delegate
- Failure to notify or attend the event and cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event Incur the applicable full registration fee per delegate
- An additional fee of $55 + GST applies to all cancellations where the registration was paid by credit card – this is to cover credit card reversal fees charged by the banks and the online registration provider
Refunds for tickets purchased via IVvy online registration system are subject to additional terms and conditions:
The IVVY site permits Stage Queensland to issue refunds to buyers, provided the refund is issued by Stage Queensland before ninety-six (96) hours after the end date of an event and within six (6) months after the transaction date for the underlying ticket purchase. Refunds issued following such period will not be processed through the IVVY site, unless otherwise agreed to by IVVY in its sole discretion. Subject to the foregoing, refunds issued by Stage Queensland will be processed within thirty (30) days after Stage Queensland instructs the issuance of the refunds via the IVVY site.
Stage Queensland may change or alter this policy and fees at any time. The decision to waive a cancellation fee is at Stage Queensland's discretion on a case-by-case basis.
