We're taking you to the Hunter Valley

TurfBreed’s 2019 Annual Conference this May is about helping growers get

Bigger. Bolder and Better.

The event features keynote speakers who will inspire, encourage and promote growth through marketing, business development and technical forums. This year’s feature speaker is the famed US Turf Professor, Dave Kopec who for 32 years has run the University of Arizona’s turfgrass research and extension program which is globally noted for its excellence in plant breeding and research. In coming to Australia, Dave is keen to share his experiences “…in using varieties/genetics to create fit-for-purpose grasses for the consumer”.

Overall the 2019 Conference is all about helping TurfBreed growers gain knowledge and build relationships within the TurfBreed grower community and to have them walk away with information that will improve their business profitability, safety and sustainability. In-depth Work Health and Safety stories and other vital marketing and production tools will all be addressed. The event will cater for all sectors of the turf growing industry from growers to industry experts and offers an excellent learning and networking opportunity.

The two-day conference will be held in the Hunter Valley of New South Wales at Chateau Elan, kicking-off on Sunday May 19 and concluding with a field day on Tuesday 21, 2019.
