WELCOME TO TGE 2018

After the inaugural 2016 Expo, 2017 was again a roaring success and with 7 bays confirmed for 13-14 October 2018, TGE2018 is set to be even better!

TGE2018 will be open to the public, businesses and media on both Saturday and Sunday.

You will have ample space and time to meet with visitors, run demonstrations, network and book meetings.

2018 Exhibition Stands & Prices

Exhibitor Space corner locations are available at an extra 10% cost to the below prices - please speak to the organisers about this option

Option 1 - Exhibition Space & Standard Booth

$400 per sqm (inc gst)

Available Booth Sizes Includes:

3m x 3m | 3m x 6m | 3m x 9m | 6m x 6m

All booths include: 2.4m high walling (white pvc panels inserted in an Aspen frame), signage panel, 2 spotlights (per 9 sqm), 1 single power point and carpet tiles

Option 2 - Exhibition Space and Walk on Package

$400 per sqm (inc gst) + $895 for furniture + $200 for Event Insurance

Available Booth Sizes Includes:

3m x 3m | 3m x 6m | 3m x 9m | 6m x 6m

All booths include: 2.4m high walling (white pvc panels inserted in an Aspen frame), signage panel, 2 spotlights (per 9sqm), 1 single power point and carpet tiles

Extra Inclusions: 1x table and 3x chairs,1x lockable cupboard & 1x brochure display. Event Liability Insurance (this is not product insurance)

Option 3 - Exhibition Space, Floor Only

 

$300 per sqm (inc gst)

Space only includes: Carpet Tiles

Exhibitor is responsible for providing their own: walling, lighting, power & signage.

Stand packages and custom pods are available through our preferred stand builder Harry the Hirer


Confirm your participation today....

1.) To Confirm your participation in TGE2018 please complete the contract on the next page. 

2.) Once submitted this will take you to an Exhibitor Registration Page which will confirm all of your company details, stand requirements etc. 

3.) Once this is completed you will be taken to our secure payment screen to finalise your booking. 

A 25% deposit via Credit Card is required with all bookings.  *Please note a 2.6% will apply to credit card transactions.
