The annual Stage Queensland Technical Managers' Conference provides a unique opportunity for Queensland and Northern Territory performing arts centre Technical and Operations Managers and staff to gather with industry colleagues and share ideas, policies and practises for the betterment of the arts sector as a whole and keep up-to-date with the latest sound, lighting and production trends and technologies on display by some of Australia's leading vendors at the trade display. The event offers valuable networking and learning opportunities for delegates, vendors and industry, strenthening existing relationships and building new ones. 

The 2018 Conference Program kicks off with a relaxed venue tour and welcome gathering for delegates from 5pm on Sunday 4th February. Delegates get down to business from 9:00am on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th February with two full days of presentations, workshops and case studies by members and national experts on a range of topics including access control, risk management, working with architects & government, light bulb evolution, digital consoles and industry-specific training.
