The 2019 Conference Program commences off-site with lunch and a factory tour at ULA Group's Gold Coast HQ from 11:30am (for 12pm start) to 2pm on Monday 4th February. ULA's address is: 1/28 Expo Court, Ashmore. Delegates are then to make their own way to HOTA for the official conference opening at 3pm including round-the-room member updates followed by a relaxed venue tour and trade show welcome gathering.
Delegates get down to business from 9:00am on Tuesday 5th and Wednesday 6th February with two full days of presentations, workshops and case studies by members and national experts on a range of topics including height safety, disability awareness, stage floor paint processes, financial planning, WH&S, inductions and industry-specific training in AV, sound and lighting.
The industry trade show opens at 5pm on Monday 4th February and from 10am to 5pm on Tuesday 5th February. The ever-popular trade show offers delegates and suppliers, the opportunity to share, discuss and demonstrate recent advances in staging, technical and production equipment and technologies. For the 2019 event, we're thrilled to welcome 14 of Australia's leading companies to the Trade Show.
Networking opportunities will be plentiful with conference dinners on Monday and Tuesday nights and a special tour of HOTA - Home of the Arts.
