How do I register for the conference?
Registrations are accepted via the green registraton button at the top of the homepage.
How do I become a Human Variome Project Member to receive the member's discount registration?
It is free to join the HVP. You can apply for membership here.
What is the Earlybird Registration Deadline?
To save on registration fees, the Earlybird deadline is 31st August 2017.
When is the Abstract Closing Date?
Abstracts are to be submitted by email following the instructions on the Abstracts Page. The closing date for submissions is 15th July 2017.
What is the cut-off date to register for this Course?
Pre-registration is REQUIRED to secure your place. Those registering from 30th October 2017 onwards will pay a penalty of Euro 100. There are only a limited number of places available due to space contraints so secure your place by booking early.

Do I need to wear a name badge?
Your name badge is your entry to the Course. This is required for security reasons and your own safety.
Do I need personal insurance?
Delegates shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property, including baggage during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel and tours you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. The policy taken should include the loss of deposit through cancellation, medical insurance, loss or damage to personal property, financial loss incurred through disruptions to accommodation or travel arrangements due to strikes or other industrial action. The organisers are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.
