Last minute registrations will incur a late payment fee of Euro 100 and will apply from 11:59 PM 30th October 2017.


If you are not a HVP member - you can apply to join the consortium which is FREE and then register to get the discounted member rate.

ALL registrations include:

  • access to training course from the 6th - 8th November 2017
  • all coffee breaks
  • all lunches during conference days (3)
  • Welcome Reception in the hotel
  • Various administrative costs such as venue hire, Audio visual, cost of training faculty travel & accomm. etc.

Accommodation at the Conference Hotel & Venue may be booked at the time of registration. If you need to add extra nights and it shows unavailable please ask Rania the secretariat.
