About AAAI

AAAI is a not-for-profit social enterprise working to bring together the Australian community supporting innovative and entrepreneurial new businesses. This community is disparate and diverse with Angel Investors and the entrepreneurial ventures in which they invest, “two sides of the same coin” driving future economic activity in Australia.

All AAAI activities are focussed on member benefit through the fostering of collaborative opportunities and are targeted at building sustainability in the early stage investment area. Key activities include

1. research and policy advocacy
2. awareness raising around the opportunities available through Angel Investment and the Angel Capital Asset class, and
3. networking and improving the level of professionalism with the established code of conduct and ethics of Angel Investors.

AAAI is raising awareness about the model and process of Angel Investment and the Angel Capital asset class - one that has been demonstrated internationally by more than 34,000 Angel Investors and independent research into 30 years of practice undertaken in the United Kingdom and the USA.

AAAI is not marketing a financial service as defined under the Australian Financial Securities Legislation.
