The Sydney Law Building is a high-tech complex that officially opened in April 2009 and offers superb new conference facilities with state of the art audio visual facilities.

All conference participants are welcome to join a tour of The University of Sydney's historic Camperdown campus, providing the opportunity to learn more about the origins of the University as well as some of the inspiring people who have worked and studied here. University Heritage Tours offer an expert guide, who will cover the 150 years of history of the University’s Quadrangle Building and surrounding environs. Discover the architectural, historical and cultural significance of the campus.

The University of Sydney is not just for students and researchers. We contribute to our local, national and international community life through a wide range of public programs, lectures and courses. Many of these events are open to the public and we welcome their participation.

Sydney Ideas is the only public lecture series hosted by an Australian university, and attracts globally prominent speakers to address the key issues facing today’s world.

Our museums and art gallerieshouse the largest collection of antiquities in the southern hemisphere, as well as diverse collections of art, photography and ethnographic material.
