BANKING FACILITIES
Trading banks are open Monday - Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm.
ATMs (automatic teller machines) are widely available in the Dunedin CBD

CAR PARKING
There is paid parking available in various carparks withn walking distance of the Dunedin Centre

COAT / LUGGAGE STORAGE
Storage for coats and luggage is available. Please enquire at the registration desk.

DELEGATE LIST
A delegate list as at November 14, 2019 will be emailed to all attendees prior to the conference.

DRESS CODE
The dress code for all conference sessions and the social functions is - Smart Casual

HYGIENE / HEALTH
Due to the potential spread of viruses, all delegates are requested to maintain the highest levels of hygiene during the conference. The committee encourages you to wash and dry your hands often, especially before the catering breaks. If at any time you feel unwell, please consider your fellow delegates and seek medical attention immediately.

MOBILE PHONES/LAPTOPS/SMART DEVICES
The organising committee respectfully requests that you turn your electronic device off (or turn them onto vibrate or silent) as a courtesy to the speakers and other delegates attending the sessions. If you forget to turn off your phone and it rings, please do not answer it in the session.

MESSAGES
Any messages received for delegates will be left on the noticeboard located near the registration desk. Please check for messages, as no announcements will be made.

NAME BADGES
For security reasons, all delegates, speakers and visitors must wear their conference name badge at all times during the Forum. Access to the sessions, morning, afternoon teas and lunch and the social functions will not be permitted without a name badge.

PHARMACIES
Numerous pharmacies can be located in the main Octagon please ask the registration desk for directions.

PHOTOCOPYING FACILITES
Please contact the registration desk.

REFRESHMENTS
Lunch, morning and afternoon teas are included in your registration fee and will be served among the industry exhibition as per the programme.

Smoking kills.
The Dunedin Centre is smoke free. Smoking is also not permitted within 6 metres of any of the hotel buildings. New Zealand has a smoke free law, which does not permit smoking in any public buildings.
