Terms & Conditions

Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to the iHemp Summit and Expo 2021 organisers. Cancellations received in writing before 20 April 2021 will be refunded in full less an administrative fee of $100. Cancellations received after that date will not receive refunds unless exceptional circumstances prevail, which are solely at the discretion of the organisers. Cancellation charges and administration fees will be incurred and payment will be sought regardless of whether your attendance costs have been paid at the time of your cancellation. All refunds will be processed after the Summit has taken place.

Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise the meeting organisers of any name changes. Full payment must be made before being able to attend the Summit and Expo

In the event that the Summit and Expo is cancelled by the organisers, or by any reason of any factor outside the control of the organisers, the Summit cannot take place; the amount of the Registration Fee (less any administrative costs and after deduction of any expenses incurred) shall be refunded. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and neither shall be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, however caused, incurred or arising. In particular, neither the organisers nor CD Event Management (CDEM) shall be liable to refund any travel or hotel costs incurred by delegates or their organisations. It follows that delegates and accompanying partners are advised to take out comprehensive insurance, including travel insurance.
Nonpayment of any invoice issued will be passed onto a collection agency. Any collection costs incurred will be the responsibility of the debtor.

Covid 19
In the post-COVID era and faced with uncertainty and changing times, we will do everything in our power to bring you this event as a face-to-face experience. However should the situation change and restrictions on event numbers fluctuate due to government restrictions, we may be forced to take this event online or change the format. A refund will be made after the event, net of the costs incurred in cancelling the physical event and providing the alternative format i.e. a virtual event.


DISCLAIMER
Neither the organisers of the iHemp Summit and Expo 2021 and its constituent members acting as organisers (known collectively as 'the organisers'), nor CD Event Management (CDEM), can accept any liability for death, injury, any loss, cost or expense suffered by any person (including accompanying persons or partners or attendant caregivers). In particular, neither the organisers nor CDEM can accept any liability for losses arising from the provision or non-provision of services provided by hotel companies or transport operators. Nor can the organisers or CDEM accept liability for losses suffered by reason of war including threat of war, riots and civil strife, terrorist activity, natural disasters, weather, fire, flood, drought, pandemic, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within any premises visited by delegates and/or partners in connection with the Summit and Expo, nor losses suffered by reason of industrial disputes, governmental action, registrations or technical problems which may affect the services provided in connection with the Summit and Expo. Neither the organisers nor CDEM is able to give any warranty that any particular person will appear as a speaker or panelist.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program at any time as circumstances dictate. Should unavoidable changes be required, every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard and value.

CD EVENT MANAGMENT CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURITY POLICY

CD Event Management (CDEM) uses the Paypal for its online credit card transactions. Paypal processes online credit card transactions securely for thousands of merchants globally, providing a safe and secure online payment service.

- Payments are processed in real-time
- CD Event Management (CDEM) does not have access to your full card number, this credit card payment is secured by DPS
- Paypal have bank grade security. All transaction details are stored in their P CI-DSS compliant Data Centre
- Paypal Software is certified with over 200 banks globally
PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDING
In registering for this Summit and Expo, delegates and exhibitors grant permission to the conference organisers and NZHIA, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video and/or photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for The Summit and Expo organisers and NZHIA. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, The Summit and Expo organisers and NZHIA and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise The Summit and Expo organisers in advance by email.

LIST OF PARTICIPANTS
In registering for this Summit and Expo, relevant details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates (name, organisation and location). Further details may be available to parties directly related to the conference i.e. printing of name tags. Sponsors will be supplied with the full name, title, organisation, region and email addresses of those delegates who do not 'opt out'. Exhibitors will be supplied with the full name, title, organisation, and region details of those delegates who do not 'opt out'. Should you not wish for your details to be passed on for any of the above purposes, please advise The Summit and Expo organisers in advance by email.
