To log a Ticket, simply email email@example.com with the following details:
- Your Account Name - This can be found in your URL when on an iVvy page
- A description of the challenge- the more detail you provide will ensure the support team can efficiently resolve your challenge
- Screenshots (if possible)
You will receive an auto reply email with your ticket number once your email has been recieved
