Logging a Support Ticket


If you can't find the answer you need in our Help library, the fastest and most effective way of finding a solution is to log a ticket.

To log a Ticket, simply email support@ivvy.com with the following details:

  • Your Account Name - This can be found in your URL when on an iVvy page
  • A description of the challenge- the more detail you provide will ensure the support team can efficiently resolve your challenge
  • Screenshots (if possible)

You will receive an auto reply email with your ticket number once your email has been recieved
