Defining Your Lead & Opportunity Types

Defining a Lead Types for your Opportunities allows you to forecast on the type of clients/companies you are dealing with, such as Associations, Corporations, PCO’s etc.

To Define your Opportunity Types

Navigate to Global Section - Settings  > CRM > Types. And click “Add Type”.

Then type in the name for the Lead type and save.

Edit - Allow you to edit the existing Lead Type.

Delete - Allow you to delete the existing Lead Type.
