Customizing the look and feel of your tickets

You can add content and images to your tickets to spruce it up and make it look more personalised to your event.

To add content to your delegates tickets:

  1. Navigate to: Event Setup > Tickets > Settings
  2. Hide Ticket Header Text: If you do not wish to hide the text, you have the option to leave with the default text or change. This text will appear across the top of the ticket when the page is printed.
  3. Ticket Content: Add in any content you wish to appear underneath the ticket when it is printed. You can add images as well.
  4. Links can also be inserted, however the delegate will only be able to view them if they keep their ticket as a digital copy.
  5. Images can be inserted as well.


Adding the attendees allocated sessions to their ticket

  1. Click on the “Options Available” button (circled in the image above) and select the sessions table.
  2. When the ticket is printed, it will show only the session that the attendee on that ticket is permitted to attend based on their registration.

Adding a logo to your ticket:
The ticket logo function can be found by 

  1. Navigating to: Event Setup > Website > Website Tab
  2. At the bottom of the page you can insert a ticket Logo.
