Located right next door to Rundle Mall, the hotel makes the most of a compact site, packing a lot in behind the sleek exterior. The hotel is modelled on the new ibis global design aesthetic created by Parisian firm Atelier Archarnge. Walking into the lobby you get an immediate sense of its playfulness yet functionality with two-storey glass windows, warm wooden wall treatments, and cosy lounge areas. Even the fire system features as a striking design element behind a glass enclosure. A futuristic colour-changing staircase leads up to the first-floor restaurant and bar.
Event spaces feature natural light, in-built audiovisual equipment, custom-designed furniture and menus inspired by modern food trends.
