Whether you are hosting a formal or relaxed event, we can cater for both small and large groups. From light luncheons or barbecues on our outdoor pergola, through to cocktail and dinner parties, our friendly staff will ensure your special occasion is a memorable one. Our large spacious clubhouse can be divided into a number of different configurations and can cater for up to 300 people. With easy access to public transport and amply onsite, free car parking, we provide a tranquil setting for all your function and event needs.

Our main function room is a lovely space with abundant natural light through floor to ceiling windows that offers guests a tranquil view over the golf course. The Dining Room is a versitle space and can accommodate a range of events from meetings and conferences through to presentation nights and dinner dances. It also has a fully fitted bar located in the room.

Golf Course
Rossdale Golf Course is a picturesque 18 hole course weaving through established corridors of pines, eucalyptus and coastal banksias. The championship par 72, 5963m layout will challenge both the social and seasoned golfer with its tree lined fairways, numerous water hazards and small well bunkered greens. Rossdale offers golf days on Mondays, Wednesdays (afternoons only), Thursdays, Fridays and Sundays (afternoons only); all days are subject to availability.

For those larger events, the whole clubhouse is available for sole use. From the lovely outdoor deck for casual drinks, or a seated presentation for 200 guest through to a sit down dinner our flexible venue spaces can accommodate a wide range of events. All our rooms offer views of our golf course and give the impression of being a million miles away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

For the large functions where the Dining Room isnt large enough, the whole clubhouse incorporating the Member's Bar is a wonderful light filled venue offering unsurpassed views over the golf course and 10th tee. With occassional lounge furniture and a gas fireplace, this is an ideal event space, either on its own or opened up to incorporate the Dining Room.

The Member's Deck is an ideal venue for a relaxed BBQ, after work drinks or the perfect way to finish your golf day. With bifold windows that open onto the course to take advantage of our summer weather and gas heaters for winter, this northerly facing deck is the perfect all year round venue. With its own cooking facilities and direct access to our Members Bar; sit back, have a drink and watch our chef cook your personalized BBQ.
