Indigo is our private function room located at Baringa Tavern on the corner of Aura Boulevard & Edwards Terrace in the Sunshine Coast’s newest suburb of Baringa.

The Hotel’s inspiration is delivered with a soft tribal influence. The original artwork, artefacts and striking main bar form the centrepiece of the main dining area.

The outdoor deck is the perfect space for pre-dinner drinks with your family or friends or they may like to enjoy a welcome cocktail in Saffron Cocktail Lounge whilst you use the surrounding gardens for your post ceremony photography.

Design elements like botanical wallpaper, striking plush Axminster carpet, woven chairs in a monochrome colour scheme of black and white and dark, round timber tables fill the function room. Lush mature plants add to the relaxed Queensland vibe. Indigo caters for a maximum of 80 guests seated or standing. Bi-fold doors offer complete privacy. There is plenty of on site parking and coaches can pull up to the front door.

Our Executive Chef offers seasonal menus with local farmers and suppliers providing much of the produce. Good food served with warm hospitality.

Frequently Asked Questions

The taverns policy prohibits food being brought into the venue, with the exception of birthday, wedding or other occasion cake.
Please speak with our staff if you would like to discuss further about suppling a cake for the occasion.
We cater for dietary requirements individually and separately to the main function packages at no additional charge. Please provide us with information on your specific needs and we will be able to provide you with further information.
Please contact the Function Manager directly regarding having a solo/duo acoustic musician at your function.

As the venue is located in a residential area, there are strict noise restrictions that the venue must adhere to.
