The Mt Coolum Room Half room hire has a solid room divider sliding across the middle part of the room, allowing private access in a good sized room of 8mts x 11mts. The room includes advanced audio visual equipment with a roof mounted epson projector which has a "Mirror Screening" system to allow accces to your laptop for presentations via the clubs free WIFI, and without the use of the HDMI connection. The room hire includes a white board with board markers, free wifi for the presenters, a water station for delegates, roof mounted projector and large wall screen,controlled air-conditioning and dimmer lights for presentations. Room hire includes foyer signage for the delegates on entry, free carparking and access to the Cane Cutters Bar & Bistro for catering. Full Day Hire Rates are from 8:00am to 5:00pm and include a 30 minute setup and breakdown either side of this time. Half Day Hire Rates are from 8:00am to 12:00pm or 1:00pm to 5:00pm

This allows for large functions to operate with the terrace use for the food & beverage breaks. This is a popular choice for groups also after break out zones as the room dividers can be utilized for this purpose. The Horton Boardroom is unique and private, and fitted with a hidden kitchenette for coffee and tea. The room can be set in CovidSafe Boardroom style and seats 10 delegates comfortably. With a roof mounted AV Epson Projector and large wall mounted screen, this room is ideal for business meetings, training or private lunches. With views over the golf course looking out towards Mt Coolum, it is breathtaking. 

The Atrium is situated outside the foyer entrance and is best suited for lunches, or evening cocktail events with high bars and tables. A mix of covered and outdoor makes this a fresh area for events.

This area situated with breathtaking views can be booked for outdoor cocktail events. With the ability to hire your own marquee, tents and theme the area, you can create a magnificent event from Weddings up to 250 guests, product launches and corporate functions under the stars. With power and toilets located in our Members Room this is an ideal booking space for special occassions. Add lighting, plants and special theming to create your own piece of magic for your event. To hire the FULL Clubhouse for a special event, with the use of multiple function spaces, a fully stocked private bar and catering facilities, this option is available for events from 5pm to midnight 7 Days a week. Individually quoted on for specific needs.
