  • Dukkah coated lamb tenderloin served on a Mediterranean cous-cous salad with minted  yogurt
  • Chicken liver parfait served with smoked tomato relish, toasted crostini and micro salad
  • Pumpkin and sage arancini served with a crushed feta and rocket salad with sage aioli
  • Salt and pepper calamari served with a snow pea, capsicum and tomato salad with a lemon lime dressing

  • Chicken supreme stuffed with semi-dried tomato and Camembert, served on a potato rosti with braised red cabbage and a Dijon white wine sauce
  • Oven baked salmon fillet resting on saffron risotto, topped with roasted cherry tomatoes and drizzled with a Bearnaise sauce
  • Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast served with smashed chat potatoes, asparagus spears, roasted roma tomatoes and a white wine reduction
  • Crispy skinned barramundi fillet served on white truffle creamed potato with sauteed baby bok choy and a citrus beurre blanc
  • 250gm porterhouse cooked to medium and served atop a pumpkin and potato gratin with broccolini and a seeded mustard jus
