Cellar Dining Room Situated in our wine cellar, this traditional room panelled in rich mahogany is our premier venue for intimate luncheons and dinners of up to 20 guests. The room was refurbished in 2010 and now features a full bar for arrival drinks, wine tastings or small cocktail functions.
You and your guests are welcome to peruse our cellar shelves to select your wines for your event, enhancing the experience of this venue. A full bar within this space and a partition wall to create a pre-function area adds to the room's appeal. The Edinburgh Room is perfect for breakfasts, seminars, luncheons and dinners for up to 110 guests and cocktail parties for up to 150 guests. With high vaulted ceilings, stained glass windows and magnificent art works, the Members Dining Room is a grand room. Accommodating breakfasts, dinners and gala celebrations of up to 180 guests and cocktail functions for up to 250 guests. An alcove area in the room and a balcony overlooking the space is perfect for your entertainment. The Members Dining Room provides an opulent wedding venue for up to 140 guests.
Private Dining Room is An exceptional large board room seating up to 32 guests. The room is also perfect for small cocktail functions and seminars. The western aspect of the room offers wonderful natural light and sweeping views of Post Office Square.
The Oak Room is our top floor boardroom, overlooking Post Office Square, offers you flexible setup styles from a single boardroom table of up to 28 guests or banquet tables for up to 40 guests for breakfasts, luncheons and dinners. The room is perfect for all day seminars and conferences for up to 40 guests.
The President's Room, this formal room, situated on our mezzanine level and furnished with fine antiques, artworks and soft chandelier lighting, is an elegant choice. The room is perfect for intimate breakfasts, lunches or dinners of up to 12 guests.
