Established in January 2000, Rubicon was built on the belief that unforgettable food doesn’t have to mean sacrificing an enjoyable atmosphere, and amongst our cosy, informal décor, you’ll find some of the city’s most sophisticated modern Australian dishes.
Rubicon features four small dining rooms in a comfortable, open terrace style space. We’re sure you’ll love our award winning design and service—but for something a little more secluded, private dining areas may be organised based on availability.
