Avoca Beach Hotel is located in the city of Central Coast of New South Wales. Nestled into 15 acres of natural bushland and native gardens just two kilometres from picturesque Avoca Beach we pride ourselves on our personal and professional service as much as our relaxing environment, delicious food, drink, and hospitality. In addition to our conference, wedding and function venues, we are also home to Treetops Restaurant, Saltwater Bistro, and Avoca Beach Hotel. Our 36 Motel Rooms and 42 Villas and Terraces allow us to offer a range of accommodation to suit all guests and holiday makers.

With 76 accommodation rooms across 15 acres of bushland we can provide a range of self- contained apartments and service rooms to accommodate all of our guests comfortably.Our self-contained apartments are perfect for longer stays, families, and those who like a little more space. Our two bedroom Villas and Terraces offer full kitchen and laundry facilities as well as generous living rooms. Each apartment is able to accommodate up to five people. Our Standard Rooms are each furnished with queen and single beds making them perfect for couples, twin-shares, or a family of three. With tea and coffee facilities and a private balcony these rooms are perfect for short stays.

We have two different styled function rooms – the more traditional Kookaburra room and the modern Kingfisher room with its own cocktail bar and lounge.Avoca Beach Hotel & Resort has various function rooms available for private hire. We are able to cater to every need, formal or casual, big or small. The Resort has 3 Conference and Function rooms to suit all your conference needs, for a meeting for 5, a conference for 50 or a cocktail function for 200 with your own private bar, lounge and balcony. Our friendly, professional staff are more than happy to meet your requirements to make your conference successful.
