A number of bars & dining venues are on offer at The Carrington Hotel from the hearty fare of the multi award winning Old City Bank Brasserie to the a la carte dining offered in The Grand Dining Room Thursday to Saturday evenings. Restored to its former grandeur, this heritage listed hotel is a local landmark offering the elegance, luxury & charm of yesteryear. Spacious guest rooms & Suites are offered in an array of different styles, catering for all tastes and budgets.

The Carrington is a truly unique and beautiful wedding venue. The Carrington is the perfect destination for a romantic getaway or a convenient base from which to explore the surrounding World Heritage listed Blue Mountains National Park. There is also a number of Bars including the Old City Bank Bar, reminiscent of an old English pub offering access to an outdoor beer garden, and Champagne Charlies Cocktail Bar.   • Grass fed beef sirloin with baked sweet potato, white onion puree field mushroomand thyme reduction
  • Roasted duck breast on celeriac potato puree, sautéed sweet peas and grape jus
  • Oven roasted lamb loin with warm pearl cous cous salad, pumpkin puree and olive cherry tomato sauce
  • Polenta and vegetable tart with eggplant polpette, steamed greens on gorgonzola sauce
  • Fish of the Day Our Fish dish is created daily, please ask our friendly Staff for today’s choice

Dessert:

  • Rum and walnut cheesecake served with caramel sauce and infused raisins
  • Triple chocolate mousse dome with orange meringue, flourless cake and peanut brittle
