At Greystone we know the most important thing when planning your function is feeling confident it will be a success. Our friendly and helpful team of staff, headed by Tepil, our Venue Manager, will ensure your event is every bit the sensation you margined. Unlike most venues, we believe making your function fantastic is about more than just serving cold drinks and tasty food. We know it’s about creating a vibrant, enjoyable, and fun atmosphere so you and your guests have a great time.

Unlike many other venues we have no space hire & no minimum spend. This means your only costs are the food and drinks that you choose for you and your guests. We have a number of areas available for functions and encourage you to come in and have a look to decide which area will best suit your event.

With lazy views to the South Bank Parklands the deck is the perfect spot for good ole fashioned party. It’s also close to the bar so you won’t walk far for a drink and features a hardwood deck. It also has access to a projector and screen for slide show presentations and is our prime function area. The Deck can cater for up to 60 people or up to 120 when combined with the Little Stanley Street function area. You need to have a minimum of 50 guests to have the whole Deck.

Our Grey Street garden area is the ideal spot if you’re after a more private kind of affair. It is great for smaller events wanting a more intimate area with room to lounge around. With a combination of lounges and bar tables with stools which can be arranged to suit your function, it caters for a wide range of function types.Grey’s Garden can cater for up to 80 people.

This area has great views overlooking the South Bank Parklands and is close to the bar. Great for after work drinks, Hen’s & Buck’s nights and birthdays. Little Stanley Street function area can cater for up to 60 people. When combined with the Deck, our Little Stanley function area is the best spot for large functions for catering up to 120 people.

Our Lylah Table is perfect for smaller groups. It is the ideal function area for Girls/Guy’s Nights out and after work drinks. The Lylah Table can cater for up to 14 people seated or up to 25 standing/seated.
