Executive Chef, Sam McCrystal and his team have designed all our menus with a Contemporary Australian theme whilst trying to create a range of dishes to suit all tastes. Sourcing the freshest produce possible from our suppliers, the menus are updated 2 -3 times a year to ensure both a changing range of dishes are available for our clientele as well as making the most of Queensland's seasonal foods.

Many of our dishes can be slightly altered to become Vegetarian and Gluten Free, so please ask to see these menus.

Only want to relax with a drink and a light bite? We welcome you to take a seat on the open, front deck of the Summit Restaurant & Bar. It really is a perfect place to relax, enjoy a drink and perhaps have a few nibbles to share with friends.

Groups are well catered for with a range of all inclusive set menus, cocktail party and drink packages to choose from or feel free to create your own from our regularly changing menu. For parties over 10 people, a deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

For birthdays or special occasion get-togethers, enquire into our housemade Black Forest Gateau or Chocolate Mud Cake to complete the celebrations. 2 sizes are available.
