The State Buildings are located in the heart of Perth’s CBD as three interconnecting iconic heritage buildings. Over their 140-year history, the Old Treasury, Lands and Titles buildings have been used as a Post Office, Public Offices, a Police cellblock, Treasury, and office of the Premier and Cabinet.
Reimagined and revitalised, the State Buildings were returned to the people of Perth in 2015 as a vibrant hub of retail shopping, dining, bars and luxury accommodation, housing COMO The Treasury. An elegant Perth hotel, COMO The Treasury occupies the 19th-century State Buildings, featuring a Victorian-era façade coupled with COMO’s contemporary interior style.
Dining options include rooftop Wildflower restaurant, Post, Petition, Cape Arid Rooms and Long Chim with Pooles Temple providing an elegant space for drinks. COMO Shambhala Urban Escape offers holistic therapies, while the carefully curated retail collective includes a florist, chocolatier, coffee shop, jeweller and gift store.
At the heart of the State Buildings stands the Postal Hall, a marker of passion, tenacity and curiosity, giving the people of Perth a reason to celebrate their history and importantly, Western Australia’s bright future. The State Buildings inhabit Perth’s geographical centre – known as “point zero”, from where all road distances in WA are measured – and are bordered by Barrack St, St Georges Tce, Cathedral Ave and Hay St.

Vouchers can be purchased online, alternatively you are welcome to come in and purchase the voucher in person.
Vouchers can be made available for collection from the Arrivals Lounge at COMO The Treasury, alternatively we are able to post the voucher direct to you or to your recipient via Express Post for an additional $10.00.
COMO The Treasury Vouchers are for use towards an accommodation stay, COMO Shambhala, Treasury Lounge and Bar, Wildflower and Post.
State Building Vouchers are for use in Long Chim, Petition Kitchen, Petition Beer Corner, Petition Wine Bar and Merchant, Halford, Wildflower and Post.
Please be advised parking is accessed from our main entrance on Cathedral Avenue, located in front of COMO The Treasury.
Upon arrival, allow our Concierge team to personally welcome you to COMO The Treasury and the State Buildings as well as assist with your valet service.
