Our booking was not finalised properly by the venue, although we had fully paid for the reservation of a meeting room with catering. The manager did his best to find an alternative. However, we paid for much more than what we received.

Only downfall was the technology - unable to connect with online server to screen share from a laptop (unfortunate as required for our presentation). Manual sharing via cable just didn't seem to work, constantly freezing in and out. We had new cables.
