The rustic setting, intimate atmosphere and charming hospitality places The Macquarie Inn as the perfect place to celebrate your next occasion with your friends and family.  The venue offers two exclusive function rooms. Referred to as The JC Room, the primary function room has a capacity for 200 guests. With a private courtyard and bar, The JC Room is dressed with neutral, soft tones to provide a blank canvas for creative styling. For weddings and events of a smaller more intimate nature, The River Room can accommodate up to 60 guests. 

The Macquarie Inn also offers 28 accomodation suites, ranging from two bedroom family units to an intimate honeymoon suite, set alongside a kids playground, pool and secure car park. Your guests will appreciate the convenience, hospitality and luxury offered by our motel. Working in conjunction with The Macquarie Inn’s team of dedicated professionals, the coordination and delivery of your event will be seamless.

Frequently Asked Questions

For conferences there is a room hire charge. For events after 5pm there is no room hire charge but we do require a holding deposit to secure the room and this will come off your balance at the conclusion of your function.
Unfortunately due to health regulations we can not allow any food to be bought into the venue, you can however bring in your own cake etc for weddings.
No there is no dress code.
