Well positioned overlooking Queen Street, the versatility of this space is endless. This large space is perfect for larger conferences or team building activities which require space. Events Room 1 had hold an array of off-site events, conferences, exhibitions and much more. Adjacent to Events Rooms 2 and 3, and can be made accessible by moveable sound panels to increase the size, or to utilise as breakout or catering spaces. For those large scale conferences, Events Room 1 is an excellent plenary space, right next to access to multiple breakout rooms.

Events Room 3 is a versatile space catering from cocktail events, to corporate meetings and training seminars. This diverse event space has modern finishes and is equipped with a fully serviced bar, a ceiling mounted data projector and 150” screen, sound system and has access to a private balcony overlooking Little Collins Street. The bar is able to be hidden during formal components of event, then opened up at the end for post conference networking and drinks. The balcony is perfect for guests to grab fresh air during a conference or seminar. Everything you need in the one space! This room offers the ability to host larger events with movable walls that open up into Events Room 1 and also events room 2 depending on the requirements of your event.  

Located on the corner of Queen and Little Collins Street, this space offers a modern casual feel coupled with a sleek and professional character. Floor to ceiling glass panels providing plenty of natural light and street views. This is the perfect space for smaller and more intimate networking or corporate events, equipped with in house sound and a plasma screen for presentations. It also features comfortable lounge style furniture, a fully serviced bar and private balcony area overlooking Queen Street. It is located within easy access to a number of our other meeting and event spaces, and throughout the week CQ Bar is frequently utilised as a catering space for delegates to enjoy a break, grab a bite to eat or relax with a tea or coffee.

Lanai Cocktail lounge & Balcony features beautiful hardwood flooring and modern lounge-style furnishings, offering comfort and style to your next cocktail event. Adjoining Lanai Bar and Restaurant on Level 1, this stylish semi-private space is perfect for after work drinks and for those who want to enjoy the company of their guests, without missing out on the vibrant atmosphere of the public area. The space is fully equipped with its own private bar, and also features direct access to the spacious balcony overlooking Queen Street.

Lanai Rear Bar and Courtyard is a semi-private function space, encompassing both indoor and outdoor areas able to accommodate up to 280 guests cocktail style. Inside features comfortable lounge style furniture, allowing guests to sit back and enjoy a drink, whilst the generously sized courtyard is brimming lush greenery and high top bar tables. Bar access available from both indoor and outdoor sections of the space to ensure all guests remain accommodated. This private event space is located on level 2 and features a fully serviced bar, private balcony (overlooking our courtyard), and private restroom facilities. Lanai Level 2 is able to transform from corporate to casual with ease, making it the perfect space for a range of events. Equipped with lounge style furniture, DJ facilities, dance floor and the ability to add Audio Visual equipment for presentations and speeches. The space can also be sectioned off by curtains, giving it a flexibility that allows for accommodating a large range of guest numbers or versatile events. Easily accessible to CQ Bar, which can be utilised as a catering or post conference space, guests have the chance to enjoy a refreshing change of scenery whilst grabbing a bite to eat, enjoying a coffee or a post conference beverage.
